A CRM for real estate agents

Real estate is about people.

Keyvio is a relationship-first CRM for agents—built on your iPhone Contacts, with pipelines, showings, reminders, take-home math, and a today-focused home base. Install free from the App Store; after onboarding, Keyvio Pro (a subscription via Apple, including a free trial when offered) unlocks the full CRM.

The Keyvio home screen — today's actions, a follow-up streak, and a drafted birthday note ready to send.

Built on your Contacts

Every client links to Apple Contacts, so names, numbers, and birthdays stay where they already live.

Private by design

Your CRM is stored on your iPhone with Apple's SwiftData. There's no account to create in version 1.0.

Know your take-home

See commission splits, deductions, and what you actually keep on a sale—no spreadsheet required.

What Keyvio includes

What the app does

Keyvio links each client to a person in Apple Contacts (names, phones, birthdays, and similar fields stay in Contacts; Keyvio stores CRM notes and metadata on your device). It can read Calendar to surface showings and dates, send local notifications for follow-ups and milestones, and keep deals, checklists, and activity history in an on-device database (SwiftData). Optional Apple on-device language features (where supported) may suggest message wording; otherwise the app uses built-in templates. We do not operate our own cloud login or CRM backup in version 1.0—your data stays on your device until we ship optional sync and describe it clearly in the app and on this site.
